This winter has been one for the record books. Record snowfall, plunging temperatures, and ice storms have made getting from place to place a true challenge.
Once the snow stops, the job of shoveling it out of the way presents itself. And that can lead to muscle aches and soreness. An arnica-based homeopathic medicine can help with the pain.
If your muscles are stiff and sore after clearing the driveway, unscented and paraben-free Arnicare topicals can help. The active ingredient is Arnica montana, a type of mountain daisy that has been used for generations to relieve pain. Arnicare Gel offers relief for neck, back, shoulder, and leg pain.* Arnicare Cream is ideal for massaging away muscle aches and pains.* And if you fall on an icy sidewalk, these topicals can relieve swelling and discoloration as well.*
If your pain is more widespread, try Arnicare in oral form.* Arnicare Tablets can be used in combination with the topicals for added pain relief. The quick-dissolving tablets will not leave you feeling drowsy and there are no known drug interactions.

Best way to avoid these kind pains is to keep mobile and avoid sitting unnecessary. But if you are facing the pain already i would say it’s better to see a doctor instead of trying to fix yourself by reading over internet.
Good advice. We agree that you should always see a healthcare practitioner especially in the case of chronic pain.
Arnica is an inexpensive, harmless, simple way to get relief from overly used muscles
Like after 2-3 hrs spent cleaning out the chicken yard for the oncoming winter when you’re 73. Has nothing to do with lack of movement and going to a doctor is completely unnecessary.
