Directions
- Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue at bedtime.
- Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.
Warnings
- Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persist continuously for more than 2 weeks or worsens. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying illness.
- If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
