Summary:

The Programmer will work with all aspects of our data infrastructure as it relates to products, orders, customers by linking our different internal systems with our external partners, clients and suppliers. Ensure that the data mapping is correct with all our systems and our ERP. Work with department to provide solutions from supply chain to order management to finance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data flow interfaces between ERP and Data Reporting system.
• Build and Maintain reports for operations and sales team.
• Build and Maintain Web applications to allow users to access data system.
• Monitor, identify and resolve EDI data issues.
• Communicate to and work with both internal and external business partners teams to ensure data flow for electronic documents.
• Work with Internal and External Supply chain team to develop work procedures in compliance with External business partner shipment requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining digital data attributes across all platforms for accuracy and consistency using Salsify.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, sales and IT to make sure data and attributes of Boiron products are accurately shared with partners.
• Responsible for troubleshooting order management coming from various sources.
• Prepare required documentation before implementing software applications.
• Understand and create the process flows which relate to the business system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• S./B.A in related field preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience
• Knowledge of Database System: MS-SQL, with detail knowledge of Stored procedures.
• Knowledge of Programming Languages: VBA, Vb.net, C# (ASP), PHP, JavaScript (jQuery), CCS, HTML, PHP, XML, Web services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong MS Excel skillset. Knowledge of MS-ACCESS
• Experience with EDI Data flows, General understanding of EDI documents: 850, 810, 875, 880, 894, 856.
• Knowledges of Networking System and Windows Server Systems. Windows 7, 10, 2008, 2012, 2016.
• Knowledge of ETL system.
• Good understating of Order Management and Order Lifecycle
• Consumer Product Goods (CPG) expertise preferably with experience coordinating with corporate customers.
• Background with file transfer protocols – FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2.
• Attention to details is a must have for this position.
