The start of the school year is just around the corner, and that means many young athletes will be returning to their preseason practices and games. With fall sports prep will come the inevitable aches, pains, bumps and bruises. Now’s the time to stock your sports first aid kit with medicines that address issues specific to your child’s activity. This is especially important if your child is participating in a contact or endurance sport.
You’ll want to have Arnicare Gel in your kit to help relieve minor muscle pain and stiffness, swelling from injuries and bruising.* The active ingredient in Arnicare is Arnica montana, a type of mountain daisy, that has been used for centuries as a pain reliever.
