Actress Shailene Woodley is an up-and-coming Hollywood celebrity—she recently co-starred with George Clooney in one of the best films of 2011, she’s had the lead role in the popular TV series “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” since 2008, and she’s still only 21 years old! She’s also figured out that one of the best ways to stay successful in Hollywood is to stay healthy, and to help her with that, Woodley turns to Boiron.
“Boiron has helped me and my family in more ways than I can count—it’s the only medicine I use! I go to [Boiron] products for everything: menstrual cramps, toothaches, sore throats, and sinus relief, among other things,” says Woodley. “I think it’s important to recognize what we heal our bodies with, and Boiron seems to be the only company I’ve found whom retains moral integrity while providing homeopathic products that WORK! When my mom dislocated her shoulder, Arnicare healed her bruises and swollen tissue. She swears by it.”
Woodley made her feature film debut in last year’s “The Descendants,” and was a Golden Globe nominee for her role as Alexandra King. “The Descendants” received a 2012 Golden Globe for Best Picture, and the film is nominated for an Oscar in the same category. Woodley is also known for portraying Amy Juergens in the ABC Family series, “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.” SLAT’s spring premiere is Monday, March 26 at 8 p.m. EST.
Hosted by Billy Crystal, the 84th Annual Academy Awards will air this Sunday on ABC at 7 p.m. EST. Tune in to see if Woodley and her “Descendants” castmates win big!
